Your UT Health San Antonio badge photo will be used to standardize Jabber and Office 365 applications profiles (Outlook/Exchange, SharePoint, Delve, and Teams) beginning the weekend of May 2. It may take several days for the photos to populate.
This change will help people, especially new hires, associate names with faces. If you want to use a custom photo, submit an IMS Service Request. If you choose not to use a custom photo there is no action required on your part.
Note: Custom photos must adhere to the professional guidelines listed on the IMS Service Request form, and will not replace the photos in the online staff directory, GPS or most other hosted applications.
