Lancer Catering, the food vendor for UT Health San Antonio, will open a new Asian food restaurant called Say It Ain’t Soy on the Long campus Dec. 4.
The new venue will be located in the Lecture Hall Commons in the space currently occupied by Erbert’s & Gerbert’s sandwich shop, which will close Nov. 30.
The concept was selected with input from students and university leadership.
In addition to sandwiches, noodle dishes and pizzas, Say It Ain’t Soy will have grab ‘n’ go items, snacks and bottled beverages. Hours will be 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
