Town Hall about the coronavirus

Dear UT Health San Antonio Community:

On Thursday, February 13, 2020, from 12 to 1 p.m., the Office of Environmental Health and Safety, in conjunction with the Office of Academic, Faculty and Student Affairs, will be hosting a Town Hall panel discussion about the 2019 novel Coronavirus, its risk factors and transmission, and awareness of the sociocultural impacts from the coronavirus outbreak. The Town Hall will be held in Lecture Hall Building Room, 3.102B, adjacent to the Starbucks, on the Long Campus.

Dr. Michael Charlton, Assistant Vice President for Environmental Health and Safety, and Dr. Jacqueline Mok, Vice President for Academic, Faculty and Student Affairs, will facilitate this panel discussion with Dr. Thomas Patterson, Division Chief, Division of Infectious Diseases in the Department of Medicine, and Dr. Jason Bowling, Associate Professor/Clinical in the Division of Infectious Diseases. Representatives from Human Resources and Wellness 360 will also be in attendance.

There will be a livestream of the town hall available to watch, for those who can’t attend.
