The Office of Business Affairs has created a new Community of Business & Finance SharePoint site to enhance capability, facilitate collaboration and provide greater consistency for financial data across UT Health San Antonio.
The site can be accessed from the Quick Links section of the My UT Health page by clicking the “Business Community” icon or by going directly to the site.
Resources include:
- Landing pages organized by functional groupings with links to resources, tools and trainings for institutional finance and business functions
- News and Announcements such as budgeting and reporting open and close notices, training offerings and policy changes
- Links to other finance and business websites and SharePoint sites comprised of financial resources and information (access for certain sites linked here may be limited depending on the nature of the information being shared)
- Quick Links to business and finance-related forms, policies and tools.
Go to Setting SharePoint Alerts for steps to set up alerts when content such as News and Announcements is updated on the site. These steps apply to all SharePoint sites on the Office 360 platform.
