UT Health San Antonio wins System Health Trails Challenge

Congratulations to UT Health San Antonio for winning the University of Texas System Health Trails Fall 2017 Challenge!

The health and wellness program, led at our university by the School of Nursing, is aimed at improving our employees overall health and health awareness by participating in many fitness and well-being focused activities.

UT Health San Antonio won in the medium institution category for the system with over 400 faculty and staff participating. Heather Wesling, staff member at the School of Nursing, organized the program for the campus. “The activity challenge focuses us to make better choices on living a healthier lifestyle,” she said.
