The North East ISD is in need of physicians willing to volunteer their time to conduct physicals, as well as individuals who can help with blood pressure and vision screenings, for the district’s Title 1 middle school (6th, 7th and 8th grades) students. These physicals will be conducted on Tuesday, May 29, from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the district’s new gyms. Obtaining these physicals will enable the young athletes the chance to participate in summertime athletic events/programs.
Our thanks go to Drs. Carlos Jaén, Ramon Cancino and Cordelia Moscrip who have offered to help gather volunteers from our faculty in order to be able to afford the North East ISD this generous assistance.
