Right now thousands of our scientists, our doctors, our nurses and our other health care providers are at work to provide for our community’s health and to find an effective therapy for COVID-19. However, as we are forced to live within this new reality mandated by social distancing, we find it unsettling and contrary to our social nature. So perhaps we should take this time to reach out to family and friends with whom we haven’t recently connected – give them a call or send them an email message – and, in the meantime, let’s give science – and space – enough time to beat this COVID-19 virus.
