Steven Pliszka, M.D. has been named chairman of the Department of Psychiatry at The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio.
Two hundred children who attend the AVANCE-San Antonio Head Start program at Fenley Center will receive on-site health care through a new nurse-led clinic at the school. The Fenley Center is a child-development campus in the Harlandale Independent School District.
