A recent internal brand survey conducted by the Office of Marketing, Communications and Media has resulted in a wealth of information that will be used in brand management as UT Health San Antonio continues its quest to build a world-class academic medical center.
A total of 626 members of the faculty and staff participated in the survey that measured opinions and perceptions around certain areas that influence or impact brand management. The survey asked specific questions about how our employees feel about the organization, its services and brand attributes.
As an incentive, survey participants had the option of entering for a chance to win a set of Airpods with wireless recharging. The winner is Megan Fredrick, a specialist in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences.
Survey results are being analyzed and will be used in crafting advertising and marketing messaging in numerous areas, including patient care, academic recruiting, internal marketing, employee relations and more.
