In lieu of collecting toys and books as we have done in the past, and in consideration of the pandemic, the Gifts for Children committee has worked to develop an alternate way to support children in our community. A donation link has been created to the Pediatric Family Relief Fund. Faculty in the Department of Pediatrics will utilize all collected funds to help the families of children in most need.

During National Compliance & Ethics Week Nov. 7-13, the Institutional Compliance and Privacy Office wants to celebrate and acknowledge the role that everyone at UT Health San Antonio plays in the success of the compliance program.

UT Health San Antonio is now offering the COVID-19 vaccine to children ages 5 to 11. The Food and Drug Administration and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recently authorized the vaccine for this new age group.
