Study reveals importance of testing PSA level during 1st months after radiotherapy

The success or failure of radiation therapy for prostate cancer may be predicted as early as three months after completion of therapy, rather than waiting one to two years as conventional wisdom indicates, a new study from The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio (UTHSCSA) suggests.
