Laredo Morning Times: Veterans event will have on-site medical services, barbers, legal services

A first-time event, known as Stand Down for Homeless Veterans, was announced this week and plans are set to help address the needs of nearly 300 people in the four-hour service oriented session that begins at 9 a.m. and concludes at 1 p.m. on Sept. 20.
