KSAT 12: Kidnapping suspects arrested en route to ATM with victim

Campus officers at the UT Health Science Center arrested two people early Saturday morning as they were on their way to an ATM with their alleged kidnapping victim.  Campus police said Peyton Palmer, 17, and Marcus Williams, 19, are facing aggravated robbery and kidnapping charges.
