Temporary pause in ID badge services

On Sept. 20 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., the UT Police Department Parking Services Office will be unable to issue ID/access badges due to a software upgrade to the identification badge system.


Lowry Mays remembered for steadfast support of cancer patients

Lowry Mays, who died Monday (Sept. 12, 2022), and his late wife, Peggy, were longtime supporters of the Mays Cancer Center, which is San Antonio’s only National Cancer Institute-Designated Cancer Center and one of four in Texas.

San Antonio Combat PTSD Conference is back in person for 2022

The 7th annual San Antonio Combat PTSD Conference, presented by the STRONG STAR Consortium and UT Health San Antonio, will resume an in-person format Oct. 26-27, 2022, at the Briscoe Western Art Museum along the San Antonio River Walk. Focal areas include resiliency enhancement, suicide prevention, research outcomes with next-generation PTSD treatments, advancing treatment of co-occurring conditions and implementation of evidence-based treatments in clinical settings.
