Chicago Sun-Times: They tested negative for the coronavirus but still have ‘long COVID’ symptoms

Dr. Monica Verduzco-Gutierrez, Rehabilitation Medicine, is quoted in this Chicago Sun-Times story about patients who test negative but still have “long COVID” symptoms (patients referred to as “long-haulers”). She comments that about 12% of the patients she’s seen never had a positive COVID test, but that’s not as important as are the symptoms she must treat.
