As part of our investment in technology upgrades to enhance employee experience and support the institution’s growth, this fall we will upgrade our timekeeping and scheduling software from Kronos to an improved time and attendance system.
The upgrade will:
- Introduce a new user interface that is easy to use and intuitive.
- Provide access to analytics and data to help manage time and coverage.
- Integrate timekeeping and scheduling with enhanced automation and improved processes.
- Add a new module that will provide advanced scheduling capabilities for UT Health San Antonio Multispecialty and Research Hospital employees.
