“The conference offers inspiration for everyone, and this year’s speakers are outstanding. They are the foremost medical experts in their field and will be presenting insights that are so incredibly relevant to the questions and concerns so many women share today. Everyone will end their day more informed and more inspired,” Agoston said.

Among this year’s topics are the connection between the heart and mental health, advice on lifestyle changes after a pre-diabetes diagnosis and cooking with cancer-preventive herbs, spices, wines and other anti-inflammatory ingredients.

Each registrant will have access to the Ask the Expert Corner, where participants can meet with a medical expert and ask specific questions regarding their health in a private setting. Registration also includes free health screenings, attending a health and wellness fair by local vendors, admission to the gardens following the event and breakfast.
