UT Health San Antonio will be digitizing the application process for visiting minors starting Monday, Jan. 15.
The current process of managing a minor’s application to visit or work at the institution involves a highly manual, paper-centric process with multiple emails required between requesters and users to gain approvals and track the application and onboarding processes.
By switching to an online form in Formstack, minor applications will be received and housed in one central location, improving tracking of individuals throughout the process and providing a historical record that is available for reporting.
