The Education Assistance Program is designed to enhance the employee work-life experience by supporting an employee’s decision to continue their education or pursue professional certifications. Under this program, eligible staff employees who enroll in a degree or certification program may be reimbursed up to $4,000 per fiscal year (September 1 – August 31) for four years.
