We are excited to celebrate you and want to provide additional information regarding UT Health’s modernized and restructured Employee Service Award program. Included below are some key points:
o Employees celebrating 5, 10, and 15 years of service will receive a customized gift selected to represent their milestone year of service and the UT Health brand
o The manager will receive a notification/reminder email 5 days before the recipients’ anniversary dates so that managers can plan to recognize employees for their years of service and distribute the milestone service awards
o Employees celebrating 20, 25, 30, 35, 40+ will receive a “Bravo” presentation packet that includes:
- Information regarding their electronic yearbook
- A hard copy certificate
- Ability to choose one of at least 30 gift options (gift options differ at each five year increment after 20 years)
o Employees celebrating 20, 25, 30, 35, 40+ will also receive communication via email or to their home address (for those without email) regarding their gift options
PLEASE NOTE: Starting the week of Dec. 18, communications regarding this award will come from our partner, OC Tanner, and will be delivered from Design.Center@octanner.com. Those who do not have email will receive communications at their home address.
