My Service Center is expanding to include a Facilities Management service catalog beginning January 19.
The service catalog will offer easy access to services provided by Facilities Management. Users can easily track the status of their requests.
This will improve business processes and reporting as well as continue providing electronic requests for expeditious handling.
My Service Center navigation is user-friendly with “easy buttons” for popular, common services. When you see the “How can we help?” page on My Service Center, click on the Facilities Management button on the top menu bar.
That will take you to the new Facilities Management service page that contains quick links to popular services, a list of all services and contact information for support.
To view the Facilities Management service catalog simply select a category and there you’ll find information to guide you through making a service request.
