Mission Operational Services Teams, or MOST, (formerly EDGE) is a result of a multi-year, strategic initiative to redesign and modernize our operations to improve how we operate as an organization. MOST is focused on delivering superior service, addressing inefficiencies and creating more effective collaboration across our university for long-term, sustainable operational growth.​

MOST is comprised of individuals from within the organization who assist departments with their operational needs. Departments are provided team-structured support with broader access to new expertise and experience from the service teams.
