The LEAP 2022 cohort has just graduated after spending 9 months growing and developing their leadership skills and expanding their network as part of the Leadership Excellence for Academic Professionals program. Their graduation included an opportunity to present their capstone projects to the Executive Committee to propose creative ideas in response to growth opportunities at UT Health San Antonio.
Now it’s your turn: Are you ready to step in and play a role in addressing opportunities? If so, LEAP 2023 may be for you. Deadline to apply is Oct. 17.
LEAP is open to leaders who have successfully completed two years as senior managers, certain academic and performance requirements and who receive endorsements from members of their own leadership.
