The UT Health San Antonio Home Away Isolation program provides temporary housing for employees with exposure or potential exposure to COVID-19 and who need to isolate themselves from high-risk family members.
The program will support our health care providers and first responders with:
- Temporary housing options for anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19 (as confirmed by Wellness 360).
- Discounted hotels for employees, residents and fellows who have contact with COVID-19 patients in their job and want to isolate themselves to prevent exposing their families.
To request support, UT Health San Antonio employees who need housing away from home should contact the Home Away Isolation program hotline at 210-450-8155 or COVIDemail@example.com, available 8 a.m. – 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and monitored on weekends.
Wellness 360 Hotline is the first step to getting help for COVID-19
The Wellness 360 COVID Hotline at 210-450-8000 is a dedicated hotline for UT Health San Antonio employees for all COVID-19 health-related questions, concerns or testing.
The hotline is available 8 a.m. – 7 p.m. and monitored on weekends. It’s essential that employees contact the hotline to be able to use the Home Away Isolation program. Residents and fellows should contact University Health System Employee Health at 210-358-9990 for testing.
