UT Health San Antonio is currently revising and updating its strategic plan, which serves to integrate the university’s existing strategic initiatives with new strategies based on changes to our industry environment, increasing demands of an academic health science center and burgeoning health needs of a growing and increasingly diverse population that our university serves.
There are multiple work groups in each school to help inform both operational and workforce needs, enabling the success of these multiple strategies.
