Course work ranges from topics of basic management theory to practical tools utilized by leaders who inspire us all to give of our minds, hearts and talents to make lives better.
“In alignment with the Culture of Excellence work plan, other communications will be forthcoming over the next several weeks from the Office of Human Resources about performance management, employee recognition, benefits enrollment and other offerings,” said Amy Tawney, M.B.A., SPHR, vice president and chief human resources officer.
Both leadership programs, she added, will allow participants to “learn more about organizational processes of strategic planning, management and building a more engaged culture.”
