The School of Nursing dedicated a 9-foot bronze sculpture of Florence Nightingale. The statue was conceived and donated by Dr. Kathleen R. Stevens-Hamilton, EdD, MS, RN, ANEF, FAAN, professor in aging research for the School of Nursing, and her husband, Alexander B. Hamilton, who are featured in this story.
