WHAT: Fun indoor fundraising soccer tournament to benefit patients at the Cancer Therapy & Research Center at The University of Texas Health Science Center

WHO: Patients, families, doctors, nurses and staff of the CTRC mix it up in an informal 6-A-side co-ed soccer competition. The goals are to raise both money for the CTRC’s Patient and Family Services and awareness in the fight to prevent and cure cancer during March Colon Cancer Awareness Month.
The Cancer Therapy & Research Center (CTRC) at The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio is one of the elite academic cancer centers in the country to be named a National Cancer Institute (NCI) Designated Cancer Center, and is one of only four in Texas.
