Dr. Dawn Hui, Cardiothoracic Surgery, was a part of this very personal and timely story about Medina ISD police chief, Abel Devora, who suffered a massive heart attack one year ago. Dr. Hui was the physician who treated Mr. Devora, and says the chief’s recovery is pretty remarkable.
