Dr. Alvaro Moreira, Neonatology, commented to KSAT 12 that of the now more than 35,000 individuals involved in clinical trials, all have been done involving a healthy population but not women who were pregnant during the trials; as a result, there’s no safety data for Pfizer and Moderna’s vaccines in pregnant and breast-feeding women.
