Learn how to volunteer through our community partners with ENGAGED platform

Volunteering through our community partners is now easier than ever at UT Health San Antonio. By using the institution’s community engagement platform, UT Health San Antonio ENGAGED, students, faculty, staff and community partners can easily track volunteer hours.

All 10,000-plus members of the UT Health San Antonio community are already enabled to access the portal and serve with any of our currently registered community partners.

The ENGAGED platform automatically records volunteer hours free of charge to help the university better achieve its mission of community engagement.

How to volunteer through our community partners:

  1. Visit the ENGAGED website at https://uthealthsa.givepulse.com.
  2. On the home page, click the tab labeled “Community Partners” to find organizations associated with UT Health San Antonio.
  3. Click on any of the organizations in the list of “Community Partners” to view upcoming events and volunteer opportunities.
  4. To record accumulated volunteer hours, go to the profile icon on the top right and click to show the drop-down menu. Select “Add Impact” and fill in the details regarding your volunteer experience.

Remember to wear your UT Health San Antonio T-shirt to show pride in our institution when volunteering.
