The Marketing, Communications and Media service catalog can be found on My Service Center beginning Monday, March 8. You can access My Service Center on the My UT Health intranet homepage under “Quick Links.”
Log in using your UT Health San Antonio username and password. Duo Two-Factor Authentication is required to access My Service Center.
Access the service catalog:
Click Marketing, Communications & Media on the top of the My Service Center page to access services. You can find detailed descriptions of all the services offered.
Here are the categories in the service catalog:
Brand, Name and Logo Usage, Creative and Graphic Design Services, Event Promotion, Marketing, Sales, and Service Campaigns, Photography and Video, Public and Media Relations, Physician Relations Services, Recruitment and Marketing for Clinical Trials, Writing, Editing and Communication, Business and Administrative Operations.
Click on a category to read a service description, a list of services and what to expect. Next, click on request service.
Complete and submit a request:
Fill in all fields with the requested information. To attach supporting documents, click the browse button at the bottom and upload a file. Click the request button at the bottom of the page to submit your request.
An email confirmation will be sent to you and a Marketing, Communications and Media team member will contact you soon after to get your project started.
