The marquee at the entrance of the Joe R. and Teresa Lozano Long Campus, known for its illuminating insights about upcoming events and other campus announcements, will be removed.
The sign is several years old and is no longer functional, campus officials said. The removal process begins Nov. 23 and is expected to be completed by Dec. 2. Crews will minimize disruption to traffic during the peak travel hours of 7-9 a.m. and 3-4:30 p.m.
