Please welcome Renee Reimer, JD, CPHRM, SPHR, who will be serving as interim vice president for Human Resources for UT Health San Antonio.
Reporting to Executive Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Mike Black, Reimer will lead Human Resources and its business functions, including developing and executing human resource strategy in support of UT Health San Antonio’s overall business plan. She will lead HR’s strategic direction specifically in the areas of succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation. Your knowledgeable HR partners remain unchanged and service/processes will proceed as normal.
Reimer most recently served as senior vice president and chief risk & legal operations officer for Memorial Hermann Health System, where she lead a team of more than 75 clinical and non-clinical professionals based in multiple facilities across the region. She brings with her a wealth of experience in health care and health systems, having also served as SVP of Human Resources at Presbyterian Healthcare Services in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
