UT Health San Antonio will be migrating the OWA email system to a newer version of Microsoft Exchange email server over the coming months to stay current with our email system. The only noticeable change will be a new OWA login screen you will see on Feb. 3. (Microsoft Outlook will not be affected during the Feb. 3 change.) The screen shots below illustrate the current OWA login page and the new login page you’ll see when entering your user name and password as of Feb. 3.

The next step in the upgrade will be the migration of your individual university email mailboxes to the new Exchange servers. This process will take place from March to June 2018. The migration time is required to move the nearly 12,000 email mailboxes used by the university. Users will receive an email in advance notifying them of the approximate time and date their University email mailbox will be migrated with instructions on what to do.
