UT Health San Antonio has a new online method for catering that greatly simplifies the contracting procedure when using caterers for university events.
Two websites, internal and external facing, have been created to facilitate this new process, which will be implemented Feb. 1. Departments in need of catering services should visit the Business Contracts section of My UT Health for a listing of currently contracted catering service vendors. These are available to use immediately.
Additionally, an external facing website has been created to facilitate on‐boarding of new caterers: http://uthscsa.edu/business/purchasing/purchasing_contracts.html.
