IT is planning a voicemail upgrade. All phone extensions will have voice mail available as an option. Users will have multiple ways of accessing and managing voice mail. Users should also review, archive and/or delete any existing voice mails by Feb. 15.
All users will receive a new PIN and a voice message greeting will need to be recorded.
