UT Health San Antonio has launched an intensive out-patient program for veterans suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder following the devastation caused by Hurricane Harvey.
Dr. Alan Peterson, director of the STRONG STAR PTSD consortium, was interviewed about Project Remission.
The three-week program allows for post-9/11 veterans who may have been affected by the storm to seek PTSD treatment at no cost.
