The Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) will be closed for renovations Nov. 6-14, and is expected to reopen Nov. 15.
During renovations, limited OSP staff will be available to assist with urgent matters; however, the majority of the staff will be displaced – computers/telephones will be disconnected, and files will not be accessible. This will limit the capacity to assist with normal day-to-day matters, and slow the response time.
For assistance during these days, the preferred method of contact is email. Please send a message to grants@uthscsa.edu, rather than to any specific individual OSP staff member.
The OSP main line, 210-567-2340 will be functional during this time, but email is the preferred method of contact during the renovation.
