Online direct scheduling for student and employee health care appointments at Wellness 360 — located on the Joe R. and Teresa Lozano Long Campus — is now available through MyChart. To schedule your appointment, log in with your MyChart username and password or create an account. Once logged in, select Wellness 360 student/employee health, then choose your appointment type.
For added convenience, Wellness 360 is now also offering extended hours. New hours of operation are Monday through Thursday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., including the lunch hour. The last appointment of the day at 5:30 p.m. On Fridays, Wellness 360 is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with a lunch closure between noon and 1 p.m.
Wellness 360 offers primary care, testing and immunizations and other specialized care such as behavioral health, nutrition counseling and occupational health for employees and students. Same-day appointments are often available.
Wellness 360 accepts most insurances, including Medicare. UT Select members pay a $10 co-pay if Wellness 360 serves as their designated primary care provider, and free parking is provided in Lot 5 in front of the nursing building on the Long Campus located at 7703 Floyd Curl Drive.
