Due to crane work to lift air conditioning units onto the top of the Center for Brain Health, a small section of Charles Katz Drive from the intersection of Floyd Curl to the driveway of Garage G, will close from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, May 11. If the work is not completed by 5 p.m. on May 11, the closure will extend to 5 p.m. on May 12.
Due to the road closure, Garage G and the employee sections of the Medical Arts and Research Center (MARC) and Center for Oral Health Care and Research (COHCR) garages, will be accessible via the Ewing Halsell Drive side of Charles Katz Drive. Charles Katz can be accessed from the roundabout at Ewing Halsell Drive and Sid Katz Drive.
The entrances to the patient garages for the MARC and COHCR from Floyd Curl will remain accessible.
For more information about the road closure or parking, please email the parking office at parking@uthscsa.edu or call 210-567-2800.
