The new Panorama Restaurant in the Academic Learning & Teaching Center (ALTC), on the Long campus, will open on July 5 and feature a buffet service. The buffet, featuring chef inspired creations, fresh cooked vegetables, a variety of fresh salad options, homemade soups and decadent desserts, is priced at $15.99, including a drink. For those looking for a lighter lunch, Panorama will offer a soup and salad bar option for only $9.99. The hours of operations will be 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The dining area features a more elegant environment, with floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook the Hill Country.
Panorama’s express walk-up café, open from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday, offers a wide variety of breakfast and lunch options that are prepared fresh daily.
Online ordering for catering services is available through CaterTrax, an easy-to-use online system that can be used for meetings, luncheons, employee gatherings, etc.
