UT Health San Antonio received a $7.2 million contract for the program called Texas Medication for Opioid Use Disorder (TxMOUD).
Dr. Jennifer Potter is leading this new statewide initiative to treat opioid use disorder.
The funding will improve quality of care and provide access to life-saving treatment across the state.
