On Wednesday morning, the Bexar Healthy Beverage Coalition launched a campaign to educate the public about health issues linked to sugar-packed drinks and healthy alternatives.
The coalition met at the Bexar County Courthouse to reveal data linking sugary beverages to an increase in diabetes, heart disease and obesity rates in the area last year.
