Dr. Barbara Taylor, Infectious Diseases, is quoted about the importance of getting a flu shot to avoid the possibility of contracting the flu and the coronavirus in the fall.
Dr. Ramon Cancino, Family and Community Medicine, also recommended that everyone who is able should get the flu shot. It was one of four steps he suggested we all take to prepare for flu season in a pandemic.
