Say It Ain’t Soy, the food service operation in the Lecture Hall Commons, will close May 13 and be replaced by a new concept, dubbed Dough and Deli.
Dough and Deli will open May 20 with breakfast and lunch items. It will be open for breakfast from 7 to 10 a.m. Monday-Friday, and for lunch from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday-Thursday and 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Fridays.
Breakfast options will include tacos and breakfast pizzas. Deli-style sandwiches, hot panini sandwiches, naan pizzas and a soup du jour wil be available at lunch.
Dough and Deli was created and is operated by Lancer Catering, the food vendor for UT Health San Antonio.
