Say It Ain’t Soy, the food service operation in the Lecture Hall Commons, will be closed for approximately 60 days this summer beginning Wednesday, July 11. The closure will allow for renovations that include the installation of a vent hood.
The vent hood will provide Say It Ain’t Soy with the ability to prepare fresh-cooked items onsite.
Say It Ain’t Soy offers Asian-inspired noodle dishes, sandwiches and pizzas. It was created and is operated by Lancer Catering, the food vendor for UT Health San Antonio.
