Dr. Henrich joins students at a Habitat for Humanity building site Feb. 17

About 20 UT Health San Antonio students volunteered Feb. 17 to work on a Habitat for Humanity building project on the city’s West Side. In a Habitat build, the beneficiary family is required to participate and contribute “sweat equity,” and volunteers are encouraged to learn the family’s story.

UT Health students proudly wore T-shirts displaying the university’s logo.

“Congratulations on the great work of your team at the house. I’m proud of each of you,” said UT Health San Antonio President William L. Henrich, M.D., MACP, who dropped by the build site to show support.
