Shopping card to benefit CTRC

WHAT: For the 11th year, the Cancer Center Council is selling its Partners Shopping Card, which is good for 10 days at more than 350 participating stores and restaurants.
Shoppers receive 20 percent off most purchases at local and national retailers, spas, gift boutiques, restaurants and other businesses participating in the San Antonio area.
Net proceeds from the Partners Shopping Card help the Cancer Center Council in its support of the Cancer Therapy & Research Center (CTRC) at the UT Health Science Center San Antonio.

WHEN: October 22 – 31, 2010

WHERE: More than 350 stores and restaurants. The Partners Shopping Card directory of participating stores and restaurants is issued with purchase of the card. Call (210) 450-5571 to purchase your card, or visit www.cancercentercouncil.net or any of the participating retailers selling the card.

WHO: The Cancer Center Council, with more than 500 active members, has a mission to support the CTRC through cancer education, community outreach, fundraising, patient assistance and volunteer service.
