Take a walk – wherever you may be

 

You’re invited to take a short walk on Friday morning, Feb. 9, as part of the ninth annual UT System Virtual Health Walk.

You’re encouraged to take a 10-minute walk starting at 10 a.m. – around campus, around your neighborhood, wherever you may be. You can show your support by walking with co-workers, family, friends or pets and by wearing red and flower apparel.

Employees enrolled in the UT Select plan can earn points by tracking and posting pictures of your walk in the UT Living Well app. Scan the QR code below to go to the app.
